Tested all the African SdDRs online but  the signal is too low for both 6110 or 6115 kHz as as like a trace in the waterfall (signals of 15 db over the noise ) Times 1708-18 Funny to notice in the canary islands there is the Ferusato no kaze on  6110

TWR SDR has a new web address over what I had in my database
Signal is at -65/-93dbm QRN or S9-10max on 6115kHz for R Congo
talk in French and vernacular  referring names as nitanga , masanga makila main masuba litanga lituba etc for several times at 1738 and ID on 1742
